The Garage Sale Trail is here again and we're keen to see all our local neighbourhood turning up to support our fundraiser to raise some cash for the centre.
We have been donated so many wonderful items from people across Brisbane and while we use a lot of it for emergency support for those who visit our centre, we are now bursting at the seams with second hand goods.
If you're in the area, stop by for a rummage and bring a suitcase since we will have some amazing bargains. Everything must go on the day so you can offer us any amount of money - high or low!
Our volunteer Hazel will be selling her famous chili jam on the day and there will be cakes, sweet treats, ice tea and a mini version of the Community Cafe Pop Up operating upstairs in the Hub.
We have a range of baby goods, children's and women's clothing, homewares, bric a brac and so much more to choose from. There are donations of vintage and antique items along with lots of fun crockery, cutlery and kitchen things.
So come along and be part of the fun at this little shindig at Annerley Community Hub.
Annerley resident, Kath Chown is the voice of the Annerley blog and she writes about her experiences along with any events happening in the local area.
